The Builder

Lenox Homes was formed in 1997 by two prominent homebuilders in Northern California. Combining their building experience and knowledge that exceeds 90 cumulative years, the new development company embarked on its goal to produce quality executive homes in preferred and established neighborhoods in the Bay Area.

The three principals have lived and worked in the local area for over 30 years and have been recognized for producing thoughtful plans that are responsive to the specific needs of these infill neighborhood sites. Through the use of creative designs, attention to details and sensitivity to the desires of the buyers, the team at Lenox Homes has produced successful residential developments throughout the East Bay in Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Alamo, Danville, Pleasanton, and Livermore.
